Family Summer Solstice Celebration at the Waldorf School of Baltimore

Celebrate the longest day of the year with music, magic, and community joy! All are welcome—from toddlers to teens, parents to grandparents, neighbors, and fairy believers of all ages.
✨ Dance the evening away to live folk music and joyful family-friendly contra dancing, led by expert callers who know just how to get everyone moving. Sarah Collins (fiddle), Jonathan Vocke (guitar/banjo), Katie Stahl (dance caller)
◽ Kids can craft magical homes at the fairy house station (supplies provided!), explore the woods and trails on campus, and let their imaginations run wild on our natural playgrounds.

◽ Hungry? Grab a slice of organic pizza available for purchase, or bring along a picnic to enjoy on our leafy green grounds.
◽♀️ Come as you are—or dress up in your fairy best! Wings, crowns, capes, and woodland whimsy all welcome.
This joyful evening is a chance to gather with friends and family, set heartfelt intentions for the season, and experience the wonder of community under the golden light of the solstice.
